We install and organize panel boards and DB boxes with proper circuit distribution, protection devices, earthing, testing, and clear labelling to provide a safe, reliable, and well-managed electrical system.

Panel Board, DB Box & Safety Setup — Working Process

Site Inspection & Load Assessment
Inspect the electrical installation, identify connected loads, and assess the required capacity for the panel board and distribution system.
Panel & DB Box Planning
Plan the panel layout, circuit distribution, cable routes, breaker positions, and required safety devices according to the site requirements.
Material & Component Selection
Select suitable MCBs, MCCBs, RCCB/RCBOs, busbars, isolators, surge protection, cables, terminals, and earthing components.
Panel & DB Box Installation
Securely install the panel board and DB boxes at accessible, dry, and suitable locations with proper spacing and cable entry arrangements.
Circuit Wiring & Distribution
Connect incoming power and distribute it safely to individual lighting, socket, equipment, and dedicated circuits with proper identification.
Protection & Earthing
Install appropriate overload, short-circuit, leakage, and surge protection. Ensure proper earthing and bonding of the electrical system.
Testing & Safety Inspection
Check cable connections, polarity, insulation, breaker operation, earthing continuity, and protective-device operation before energizing the system.
Final Labelling & Handover
Clearly label every circuit and breaker, organize the wiring neatly, complete the final safety inspection, and hand over the tested installation to the customer.
